At AEMBR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your candles or accessories.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure a tracked and safe journey back to our studio.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
